Vitamin C Reduces Vitamin E Loss in Smokers

Vitamin C is the only vitamin proven time and time again, to increase the human lifespan, when taken in doses that exceed dietary recommendations. Dr. Linus Pauling, two time noble prize winner for chemistry, was a pioneer in this field of nutrition.
